My practice focuses on treating adults and couples. As a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, my treatment approach is predominately based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) however I understand that every client is unique and I customize my treatment approach with this in mind. I am able to incorporate a variety of other therapeutic approaches including Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) into my framework depending upon your needs. I am trained in Grief Recovery, to assist individuals struggling with loss, and my background in nutrition helps guide clients concerned with weight management.
